摘要:
It is demonstrated that the reaction of a nucleoside phosphoramidite and a nucleoside aided by a suitable promoter in the presence of molecular sieves 3A or 4A in a liquid phase is efficiently performed by the use of stoichiometric amounts of the reactants to give the desired coupling product in an excellent yield.
