摘要
Eight transformed sesquiterpenes of germacrone by Mucor alternato were obtained. Their structures were characterized on the basis of spectral methods including 2D NMR. Among them, (1s, 4S, 5S, 10R)-isozedoarondiol (2)and (1R, 4S, 5S, 10R)-diepoxy-12-hydroxygermacrone (3) are new compounds. Copyright (c) 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
