摘要
Well-assembled Polyaniline(PA)-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticle-Carbon-nanotube (CNTs) composites have been prepared by simple two-step deposition approach. Its characterization and application in the electrochemical doping of enzyme for sensing glucose have also been described. CNTs attached to Fe3O4 nanoparticles were coated by a layer of PA to form a novel 1D superparamagnetic conductive material. The solution was stirred mechanically for 10 minutes, after the solution was stirred. CNTs form the cores of the composite and PA acts as the outer cover that protect the nanostructures. A vibrating sample magnetometer was used to record hysteresis loops of Fe3O4-CNT composite in order to characterize the magnetic properties. It was found that the color of Fe 3O4-CNT composite turned brown from black after it was kept in water for 4 days at room temperature.
