A new conducting poly(aminoquinone) film with perspective for energy storage

摘要
The electrooxidation of 5-amino-1,4-naphthoquinone (ANQ) in acetonitrile leads to conducting (10(-1) S.cm(-1)) functionalized polymer films of polyaniline-type bearing one quinone group per ANQ moiety, electroactive in organic or aqueous solvents. The polymer exchanges cations during the redox process of quinones and is therefore interesting for lithium ions batteries devices. The measured specific charge is particularly hight with about 290 Ah/kg.
