摘要:
Maximum activity of glycolate oxidase was obtained from a recombinant Pichia pastoris by permeabilization with 0.1% benzalkonium chloride for 60 min at room temperature. After treatment, intracellular glycolate oxidase activity increased 10-fold with respect to untreated cells.
