摘要
The molecular reactions of protein phosphatases were studied. The last and rate-limiting step in the reaction involved dissociation of phosphate from the metal centre to regenerate the active enzyme. The results showed that the sequence identity and quaternary structure of protein tyrosine phosphatases varied from various family of the proteins.
