摘要
The histidine phosphorylation and two-component signaling in eukaryotic cells was discussed. The eukaryotic two-component systems studied included saccharomyces cerevisiae, schizosaccharomyces pombe, neurospora crassa, candida albicans and dictyostelium discodeum. The elementary components in two-component systems and examples of bacterial two-component systems were presented.
