PZT pillars for 1-3 composites prepared by ink-jet printing

摘要
An array of pillars made of piezoelectric transducer composites were prepared using ink-jet printing. High energy bead milling was employed for mechanical breakdown of agglomerates and dispersion of composite powder in liquid. The pillars were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Surface microstructure was studied using energy dispersive spectroscopy.
