摘要
The mechanism by which protein kinase B (PKB) was activated by 3-phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase (PDK1) in cells was studied. The activity of the downstream effector pathways activated by phosphoinositides were also discussed. The results showed that all PKB isoforms possessed an N-terminal PH domain followed by a kinase catalytic domain and a C-terminal tail.
