摘要
The dynamics of cAMP-dependent protein kinase which provided a mechanism for cells to respond to external stimuli were studied. NMR spectroscopy were employed to monitor the dynamics of the protein and also provided high-resolution information of proteins in the solutions. The results showed that the correct assembly of the active kinase depended on the critical addition of a phosphate.
