摘要
The different methods for gas phase synthesis of nanocrystalline powders and materials are reviewed with an emphasis on providing information regarding the synthesis of the various materials groups. The production of metals, alloys, intermetallics, oxides and nonoxides is described and the microstructural features of the nanoparticles and consolidated materials, their evolution during processing and techniques for the prevention of grain growth are discussed.
