摘要
A high-quality (0001)-oriented ZnO layer that emits ultraviolet light at room-temperature by electrodeposition on a (111) Au/(100) Si substrate at a preparation temperature of 333 K was prepared. Results show that low-temperature electrodeposition is a viable film-deposition technique for ZnO optoelectronics and can decrease the preparation temperature.
