摘要：

This paper discusses some important aspects related to voltage collapse point identification. Some techniques previously studied in the literature are studied and slightly improved. Then, a fast decoupled continuation method is proposed, with some special features implemented. The results are obtained using four real systems, with the reactive power limits considered.
