摘要
Incompletely condensed silsesquioxanes were discussed. The support for heterogeneous olefin polymerization catalysts was amorphous silica gel. The results showed that silsesquioxanes resemble several features of silica surface silanol sites. It was found that the metallasilsesquioxane complexes were capable of mimicking characteristics of heterogeneous silica-supported transition-metal catalysts.
