摘要
Four new eudesmane-type sesquiterpenes thomimarines A-D (1-4) were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Penicillium thomii. Their structures were established based on spectroscopic methods. The absolute configurations of 1-4 were determined by time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations of ECD spectra. Inhibitory effects of compounds 1, 2 and 4 on NO production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 murine macrophages were evaluated. (C) 2015 Phytochemical Society of Europe. Published by Elsevier B.V.
