摘要
Since the mid 1990s, the use of residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) in the analysis of biomolecular structure and dynamics has significantly expanded. A review is given of RDCs and related data as they are used today. Advances made to date in alignment techniques, data acquisition techniques, and analysis methods are outlined. Some examples of applications that use these methods are also covered.
