摘要
The pyrosol spraying deposition technique has been used for the synthesis of SnO2, SnO2(CuO) and SnO2(NiO) polycrystalline films. The growth kinetics, composition, microstructure and electrical properties of the films have been investigated and correlated with the deposition conditions. Copper and nickel introduction results in a significant increase in the him resistance. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science S.A.
