摘要
Recent advances in instrument design have allowed researchers to use smaller, more efficient components in designing Raman spectrometers. Advances in instrumentation have increased the performance of Raman instruments and increased their usage in bioanalysis. This paper reviews recent improvements in instrument design and discusses several applications of Raman spectroscopy to diagnosis in biology, chemistry and medicine. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
