A simple and effective method for the preparation of porous membranes with three-dimensionally arranged pores

摘要：

A method for the preparation of porous membranes with three-dimensionally arranged pores was developed. It was found that Template-directed synthesis is a convinient and effective method. The polymerization of organic monomer and subsequent removal of the template created polymer materials with a 3D porous structure. The porous membranes fabricated by this method float on water surface so they can be easily transferred to any desired substrates.
