摘要
Cycloisomerization of 1,6-enynes to 1,4-dienes proceeded smoothly in the presence of a gold(l) catalyst under mild reaction conditions, and cyclized 1,4-dienes were isolated in good yields. The catalytic system can tolerate the oxygen and nitrogen tether in the substrate.
