摘要
Particle size effect of the DNA sensor amplified with gold nanoparticles was discussed. Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) was used for DNA sensing. Results showed that there is a mass change which increases with the increase in the particle size and reaches its maximun when the average diameter of the nanoparticles is 40-50 nm and then decreases with the increase in the particle size.
