Effect of fenofibrate on brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation in type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要：

Forty patients with type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia were randomized in a double-blind study to receive fenofibrate or placebo for 12 weeks. Brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation improved in response to fenofibrate but not placebo, with changes partly related to improvements in plasma lipid and lipoprotein concentrations.
