摘要
The isolation and characterization of proteins able to distinguish the crystallographic planes of aluminum silicate zeolites was analyzed. The proteins bounded their cognate zeolite surfaces with high affinity and permitted enzyme immobilization without loss of specific activity. The EMT-binding property of the repeating polypeptides was retained as hybrid proteins with alkaline phosphatase.
