摘要：

A simple and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of alpha-aminonitrilesby simply mixing aldehydes, amines, and trimethylsilyl cyanides in the presence of a catalytic amount of NiCl2 at room temperature. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
