摘要：

Preparation of fully deuterium-labeled cyclohexene by H/ D-exchange reaction was performed efficiently in the presence of ruthenium catalyst under irradiation of microwaves. The reaction proceeds via a repetition of hydroruthenation and beta-elimination.
