摘要
The influence of oxygen and water on the photocurrent multiplication phenomenon at the interface between organic semiconductor films and the metal electrode was separately observed. The influence of oxygen on the multiplication phenomenon was enhancement for p-type and suppression for n-type semiconductors. The influence of water on the multiplication was extreme enhancement exceeding 10(3)-fold.
