摘要
High purity nanopowders of silica. titania, and alumina were produced at high rates (up to 50 g/h) by a new, scalable combustion technique, which is a modification of the original chemical vapor condensation (CVC) process wherein the hot wall reactor is replaced by a low pressure flame. The as-synthesized powders are loosely agglomerated and exhibit a narrow size distribution with a mean diameter between 10 and 20 nm. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
