摘要
The selected polymorphs of CaCO3 through epitaxy with inorganic substrates aligned with an electric field were studied. Mineral-containing biological materials produces exceptionally intriguing optical, magnetic and mechanical properties. The crystallographic orientations of the carbonate crystals were identified by two models: x-ray diffraction (XRD) in the 2θ-θ mode and morphological analysis.
