摘要
Recent progress in electrothermal vaporization (ETV)-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is reviewed in this article, and 175 references are cited. Special attention was focused on the vaporization mechanism of analytes in ETV, chemical modification, direct solid sample analysis, preconcentration/separation techniques for ETV, as well as their recent applications in biological, environmental, refractory, and high-purity materials. The future development of ETV-ICP-AES/MS is also discussed.
