摘要:
A matrix-analyte :separation and preconcentration technique was:developed for inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). A miniature chelated ion-exchanger column of SO3-CM quinolin-8-ol-cellulose (Knapp Logistic Automation, Graz, Austria) was used to increase the sensitivity for multielement measurements by ICP-MS. The technique was used to preconcentrate Ti and V from natural water. The detection limits obtained were 0.02, 0.01 and 0.001 ng ml(-1) for Ti-47, Ti-48 and V-51, respectively. Repeatability of the peak height of the elution peaks was less than 5% for all the isotopes studied for five determinations. This flow injection (FI) ICP-MS method was applied in the determination of Ti and V in Riverine Water reference material SLRS-2 and Nearshore Seawater reference material CASS-3.
