摘要
A wide and continuously tunable detector with a tuning range of 30nm (Delta lambda/lambda = 3.7%) is demonstrated. Uniform responsivity of similar to 0.13 A/W and a linewidth of similar to 5 nm is achieved over the tuning range. This device is well suited for both single and multimode, dense and sparse channel separation WDM applications.
