摘要
ZnO nanowires and nanowhiskers were prepared via a novel approach in the presence of surfactant. Several techniques confirmed that the nanostructures are single crystalline with the growth direction along the [101] axis. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy also showed that typical peak of ZnO nanostructure is shifted to high frequency. (C) 2003 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
