摘要
Macrocylization via formation of aryl-alkyl ether bond was a key step in a model synthesis of 14-membered cyclopeptide alkaloids. A new chemoenzymatic synthesis of chiral 2-amino-1-arylethanol was developed in the course of this study. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
