摘要
In this study we compared myocardial contrast echocardiography, technetium-99m single-photon emission computed tomography, and regional function analysis for the detection of significant single-vessel coronary artery disease during vasodilator stress. Inducible perfusion defects were much more likely to occur during vasodilator stress than regional wall motion abnormalities, and perfusion defects were more common on echocardiography than on tomography in patients with a physiologically significant coronary stenosis.
