摘要
Chiral hydrazone ligands 2 are easily accessible in good yields by nucleophilic phosphanylation of corresponding orthofluorobenzaldehyde SAMP hydrazone derivatives with KPPh2. Palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation of 1,3diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate (6) with a dimethyl malonate-BSA-LiOAc system has been successfully carried out in the presence of chiral hydrazone ligands 2g in high yields with high enantioselectivities.
