摘要
By the CHIRALCEL OD chiral stationary phase, baseline chiral separation of naproxen was achieved in normal-phase chromatographic mode. The influences of the composition of mobile phase, the flow rate, the temperature and the injected quantity on the enantiomer rententivity and selectivity were examined and discussed. The optimized chromatographic condition was as follows: hexane-isopropanol-acetic acid (97:3:1, V/V) as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min and detection at the wavelength of 254 nm. The column temperature was fixed on 35 degrees C. This method was used to study dynamic separation process of naproxen methyl ester in a membrane bioreactor.
