摘要
Phanerochaete chrysosporium cells were immobilized on the sintered porous glass support. Such a biocatalizer was used as a bed of the enzymatic reactor system for the continuous production of lignin peroxidase. From the after culture fluid the lignin peroxidase enzymatic activity was recovered and purified applying anion exchangers. Additionally, some physico-chemical properties of lignin peroxidases were determined.
