摘要
The effect of hydrophilic groups in hydrophilic-hydrophobic copolymers on platelets adhesion and activation was studied by microsphere-column method. Copolymers were poly(acrylamide-co-n-butyl methacrylate (BMA)), poly-(N-vinylpyrroridone-co-BMA), poly(acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-co-BMA) and poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine(MPC)-co-BMA). The amount of adhered platelets depends on the structure of the hydrophilic group in the copolymers. The surface of beads coated with poly(MPC-co-BMA) suppressed the adherence of platelets.
