PAIR-BREAKING EFFECT OF HIGH-CURRENT DENSITIES ON THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION IN YBA2CU3O7-DELTA

摘要
The equilibrium resistive transition of YBa2Cu3O7-delta epitaxial films was measured at high pulsed current densities J to promote homogeneous current flow and free flux flow. The superconducting transition temperature T(c) was then depressed as a function of J in fixed fields H. The shifts in T(c), defined near midtransition, scaled following Ginzburg-Landau behavior: DELTAT(c)(H,J)/T(c)(H,0) = [J/J0]2/3, where J0 is a field- and current-independent constant.
