摘要
The formation of Langmuir-Blodgett films (LB films) by substituted phthalocyaninato-polysiloxane polymers is a new principle in this field of research since this material lacks the amphiphilic nature which has been thought of as being the basic requirement for successful LB film production. Multilayers of the polymer formed macroscopically well-ordered, thermally and chemically stable films on Si/SiO2 substrates. C/V measurements in an electrolyte/insulator/silicon (EIS) system showed a promising long-term stability of at least 2 months in permanent contact with buffer solutions. © 1990.
