摘要
A novel external cavity configuration for a 0.98 mun strained quantum-well LD set in an erbium-doped fibre amplifier allows the pump wavelength to be locked to within 0.6 nm for LD temperatures from 18.5 to 39-degrees-C, and LD drive currents from 40 to 120 mA.
