摘要
Procedures for preparing precusors of the artificial sweetner, Moz-Asp(Bzl)-D-Ala-R, R=NH2, n-Propyl, isopropyl, in anhydrous t-butanol catalyzed by an industrial alkaline protease ''alcalase'' using a kinetic-controlled approach have been developed.
