摘要
The dimerization of butenes by a catalyst system derived from (pentane-2,4-dithionato) chlorotri-n-butylphosphinenickel(II) and diethylaluminium chloride in chlorobenzene has been investigated. The data are consistent with the presence of two catalytic species in solution. The concentrations of the catalysts appear to decrease with time, at a rate which is first-order in catalyst concentration, and the initial oligomerization rate appears to be second-order in olefin concentration. © 1990.
