摘要
The potentiometric response characteristics of a pressed pellet solid-state membrane electrode based on 4,4',4 '',4'''-tetra-tert-butylphthalocyanine cobalt(II) were studied; The electrode exhibits a reversible potentiometric response to towards ascorbic acid in the range 2 x 10(-6)-1 x 10(-3) mol l(-1) with a slope of about -100 mV decade(-1). The electrode can also be used for the determination of cysteine. The response mechanism of the electrode was investigated with respect to a reversible oxidation-reduction process.
