摘要
Calculating transport coefficients and collision broadening due to random impurity scattering within a self-consistent quantum mechanical damping theory, we obtain in addition to the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations, and in agreement with recent experiments, antiphase oscillations for different resistance components as a consequence of a unidirectional periodic modulation. © 1990.
