摘要
A recently proposed, new numerical method to estimate the interrelation between chaotic observables is applied to experimental data of a semiconductor system. This method is used to evaluate the spatial interrelation of signals coming from different parts of a semiconductor sample as the system transits from a chaotic state to a hyperchaotic one. New insight to the spatio-temporal origin of the chaotic dynamics is obtained.
