摘要
We measured picosecond photoinduced absorption in hydrogenated amorphous silicon using independently tunable pump and probe wavelengths. On a picosecond time scale we observed a change in the optical thickness, DELTA (nd), in addition to a change in the electronic absorption, DELTA alpha .
