摘要
Two proteins have been isolated from barley (Hordeum vulgare cv. Harrington) that inhibited limit dextrinase from germinated barley. These inhibitors were purified by carboxymethyl cellulose ion exchange chromatography and chromatofocusing. They were shown to have approximate Mrs of 15k and isoelectric points of approximately 6·7 and 7·2 (measured by isoelectric focusing) © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
