摘要
Flavonol aglycones from the genus Chrysosplenium showed potential antitumour-promoter activity. Three flavonols, oxyayanin A and chrysosplenols D and E, markedly inhibited the incorporation of (32)Pi into phospholipids of confluent HeLa cells stimulated by 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), a potent tumour promoter. The potency of the flavonols proved to be similar to those of other antitumour-promoting flavonoids.
