摘要
A high CW power output of 100 mW has been achieved with single longitudinal mode operation at 1.51 μm using a low coupling coefficient and long cavity laser devices. Single frequency with optical power as high as 40 mW has been coupled into a single mode fiber for the first time. © 1990 IEEE
